Who

During a 20 year banking career including commercial, finance and corporate banking, Louis Klopper was intrigued by the question: “Why do companies fail?”
Availing of abundant data, he spent many hours analysing historical data of failed enterprises.
This eventually led him to discover a number of critical elements which provide early warning signs of impending difficulties, critically linking operations to financial outcomes.

Louis Klopper holds a B.Com Honours degree, is a member of the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants and a Conditionally Licensed Senior Business Rescue Practitioner.
